Tapas Recipes Figs with fresh cheese

Ingredients
- figs
- Serrano ham
- Fresh cheese (Philadelphia type)
- collard greens
Preparation
- Wash the figs well, drain and dry with kitchen paper.
- With a knife we cut a little more than the tail area.
- Then we make 2 cross cuts to each fig, without reaching the end.
- Fill with a tablespoon of fresh cheese, a very thin strip of ham.
- Decorate with a cabbage leaf. Sensational right?
